A review should explain an experience
The review section is for first-hand accounts of dealing with the company named on the page.
Useful detail
Describe the service involved, approximately when you used it, what happened and what outcome followed. Choose a rating that matches your own experience. The directory does not supply a set of invented reviews or show a score when no approved reviews exist.
Keep private details out
Do not include confirmation codes, account numbers, addresses, payment information, medical information or private details about staff and other customers. Your email address is an administrative field and is not published with the review.
Moderation before publication
New submissions are placed in a queue. Moderation checks relevance, privacy, spam, abuse and impersonation. Publication does not certify a purchase or independently prove every claim in the review.
Fairness and independence
Favorable and unfavorable experiences are subject to the same rules. A business cannot purchase a higher score or removal of legitimate criticism. Fabricated, duplicate or promotional submissions may be rejected.
Corrections and concerns
Use the contact form to report an issue with a review or to request a change to your own submission. Identify the review and the concern without reposting sensitive material. Text or ratings from another platform are not copied into this directory without a permitted basis and suitable attribution.
