Information in forms
A review asks for a display name, email, rating, title, experience text and experience date. Correspondence forms ask for a name, email, message and, where relevant, a company or review reference. Do not submit passwords, financial details, booking codes or unnecessary information about another person.
Publication and administration
Approved reviews can display the chosen public name, rating, title, experience and date. Email addresses and moderation records are omitted from the public review feed. Authorized administrators use them to handle moderation, corrections and correspondence.
Technical processing
Cloudflare provides the hosting and database services. Requests to the website carry technical information such as an IP address and browser headers, and the provider may maintain operational and security records. The application uses rate-limiting records to reduce form abuse.
Cookies and other services
The administrator sign-in uses an essential secure session cookie. Visitors do not need an account to read the directory. This version does not load advertising networks or third-party analytics. External company links take you to services with their own notices and controls.
Retention
There is no fixed automatic deletion period for reviews and correspondence. Records remain while needed for publication, request handling, editorial history or abuse prevention, or until an applicable removal request is resolved. Expired rate-limiting records are cleared during later form activity.
Requests about your information
Contact the publisher to request access, correction or removal of a submission. Include enough information to locate the record, but do not send a password. Limited verification may be needed to ensure a request relates to your information.
Audience and changes
This directory is intended for adults and is not designed to collect information from children under 13. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its effective date.
