CCE COMPANY INDEX
How a contact record is assembled
A useful number needs a source, a purpose and a clear indication of its limitations.
Company-controlled sources first
We use the business’s own contact pages, help centers and regional websites where possible. A source supplied by an airport or another organization is identified as such. A sales line, baggage desk and refund-status department are not interchangeable.
Source dates stay with the information
The date beside a contact records the most recent review of that specific source. An editorial rewrite, new design or move into this directory does not create a fresh verification date. Reviewing a web page does not mean that a test call was made.
A missing phone is not filled with a substitute
If we have not confirmed a suitable telephone, the listing offers the company’s supported online route. We do not replace it with an agency, lead-generation service or unrelated help line. We do not publish invented queue times or claim a department will answer immediately.
Different countries and departments
A company can change its contact arrangements by region, product, booking source or account status. Use the source link to confirm the current instructions. A technical problem loading a source is not treated as proof that a number has changed.
Corrections are reviewed
The contact form accepts corrections with an explanation and source. Editorial review considers whether the replacement belongs to the company and serves the same purpose. Ratings and payment do not determine which telephone is displayed.
